The Emma Shiraz is a mellow easy drinking Shiraz, matured in predominantly French oak, with berry fruit aromas, delicate vanilla overtones and a soft finish. A hint of nutmeg and pepper show its cool climate origins.
Our Victoria Shiraz is a good example of a light cool climate red showing pepper characteristics which have increased with age. There is blackberry fruit complemented by developed oak tannins. Originally matured in all new American oak barriques, the tannins are softening with age.
The Merlot-Malbec is our most full bodied red. It has rich plum fruit aromas, with subtle chocolate, clove spice and cigar accents. The Malbec grapes add colour, enrich the plum fruit flavours and add tannin structure and weight to the Merlot. Bronze medal .
Made from early picked Shiraz grapes, this wine has a vibrant fuchsia colour and a fruity nose of cherries, raspberries and strawberries. It has a spicy finish and makes a good accompaniment to antipasti, salamis and szechuan style dishes.
Our 2015 Sauvignon Blanc has a grassy nose and asparagus, pear and lime characters on the palate. It is full of flavour, long on the palate, and has a fresh flinty finish. The 2015 Semillon was handpicked early to give a refreshing wine with complex aromas of bright lemon/lime, quince and straw. The palate is smooth with the flavour predominantly citrus. There is good acid balance and a clean finish. Silver Medal: 2016 Australian Higlands Wine Show.

Our 2014 Fumé Blanc is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes. The wine has been aged for nine months in old French oak barriques, giving the wine a creamy texture with aromas and flavours of honey, fig and mandarin. Now On Sale
The 2015 Fumé Blanc is a Sauvignon Blanc briefly aged in French Oak barriques. This gives added texture to the wine, and changes the flavours to include fig, honey and grapefruit. Bronze medal 2016 Australian Highlands Wine Show.
Our Orange Liqueur Wine is a sticky fortified wine made to our own special recipe from our white wine and Valencia Oranges. Originally made as a fun experiment, it has proved very popular. At 17.5% alcohol, a little goes a long way. Delicious with dark chocolate, over strawberries and poured over Crepes for an instant Crepe Suzette.
